About Vicky

I started my career 18 years ago as a technical recruiter. That’s when I realized that connecting people to careers they loved is what truly energized me! I continued in the world of business for a few more years at State Street Corporation, then after some time abroad, I pro-actively pivoted into career counseling. After completing a Master's program at Northeastern University, gaining practical experience and networking non stop, I was able to make a successful career change. I would forever have a special connection with career changes after this experience. 

Since then I've launched and managed career programs in both the non profit and higher education industries, reimagined career curriculum across MBA and Undergraduate programs and managed unique programs and events that bring job seekers, professionals and recruiters together.

After a decade of working in this field, I kept coming back to the consistent theme of uncertainty that all job seekers face. I wanted to be a part of creating moments of clarity and hope for career changers and job seekers in deeper ways; this realization is what motivated my pivot to the world of private practice. I now look to focus my time on supporting professionals across ages, stages, industries and professions discover a rewarding career that brings energy and joy to their life.
